My parents brought their first hi fi record player there. My grandfather, father & uncle joe owned a fish market/ fruit & vegetable store on milford street south of Pitkin ave. Does anybody remember the store. Have good memories of the ice cream palor on Montauk & Pitkin. |

It was on the corner of Milford Ave and Pitkin Ave. My Mom used to shop there for appliances. My family lived around the corner in the apartment house on Logan and Pitkin.
