Date: Wed 04/13/11 8:15AM From: Cathy Email: auntdetto2@aol.com Message: Saw this on the St Malachy's site and wanted to pa** the info on: Dear Alumni, We are pleased to announce that on Sunday, May 22 from 1pm to 6pm in the St. Michael school gym, we will have a reunion of all St. Michael and St. John Neumann alumni as well as St. Malachy and St. John Cantius alumni. All former students and faculty from all years are invited to attend. The purpose of the reunion is both to reminisce about your time walking the halls of your beloved school and to celebrate an important achievement. After 146 enriching years of offering Catholic Education to our parishioners and neighbors in East New York, St. Michael School will close in June. The doors of the St. Michael buildings will reopen in September as the new Salve Regina Catholic Academy. The new academy will be better positioned to address the growing and changing educational needs of the families in East New York and will help ensure that our families will continue to benefit from the strong Catholic Education you all enjoyed for many years to come. Please RSVP by Monday, May 16 by calling 718-277-6766 or 917-608-1363. I hope to see you all there. Sincerely, Sister Peggie |
